• เพื่อไม่ให้ acc เดิมโดนแขวนและหมดช่องทางทำกิน จึงจำเป็นต้องละเมิดกฎที่ตัวเองตั้งไว้ คือการเปิด บัญชีอีเบย์ กับเพพาวใหม่ ตอนนี้อยู่ระหว่างดำเนินการ
• เจอสินค้าชนิดใหม่ พี่คนขายก็ยินดีขายให้ราคาส่ง
• ผ้าเช็ดหน้าส่งกันผืนละ 3 บาท น่าเอาไปหากินได้นะ

ตอนนี้ทางไม่ได้โรยด้วยกลีบกุหลาบเหมือนก่อนซะแล้ว เริ่มมีองค์กร ต่างๆ มาจับผิดสินค้าเรา

อีเบย์เค้าก็ประกาศตัวเอาไว้ในกฎ ของเค้าว่า

ของที่ขายบนอีเบย์ มีวันละหลายล้านชิ้น เค้าไม่ได้รู้ไปซะทุกเรื่อง จึงต้องมี third party มาช่วยเค้าดูแลอีกทีนึง

ถ้า third party ว่าอย่างไร อีเบย์ก็จะว่าตามน้ำเลยทันที!! (ทุกเคสที่ผมโดน ก็โดนทันทีเหมือนกัน)

หมายความว่าอย่างไร ก็หมายความว่าผิดไปก่อน ค่อยยื่นอุทรณ์ทีหลังไง

อีเบย์จะปลด แบน แขวน เราเอาไว้ก่อน

ถ้าเรามั่นใจว่าเราถูกจริง ให้เรายื่นฟ้องร้อง กับทาง third party ได้

ย้ำ!! .. ฟ้องกับ third party ไม่ใช่ฟ้องกับอีเบย์

อีเบย์ออกตัวไว้เลยว่า คุณสามารถส่งเมล์โดยตรงหา third party ได้(พร้อมแนบอีเมล์มาให้) ถ้าภายใน 7 วันไม่มีการตอบกลับ ให้แจ้งอีเบย์ อีเบย์จะติดต่อ third party ให้ แต่เค้าก็ไม่สามารถไปบังคับให้ third party ตอบเมล์ได้นะ

ส่งเมล์ไปให้แล้วก็ต้องมีการพิจารณา ถ้า third party บอกว่าเราถูก เค้าถึงจะปลดล๊อคให้กับเรา

เป็นไง อ่านแล้วแฟร์มากไม๊

ฟ้องร้องอีเบย์ให้รีมูฟสินค้าบางตัวออกไป (ครั้งนั้นทำให้ Policy compliance ขึ้นเป็น very low ตัวแดงๆ เฉยๆ)

ผมก็ปฏิบัติตามอย่างว่าง่าย จะได้ทำมาค้าขายกันไปนานๆ

คืนวันที่ 31 ด้วยความสัพเพร่า ดั๊นลืม!! ลงของ ที่เค้าแบนติดขึ้นไปด้วย 1 ชิ้น

คืนวันที่ 1 กันยา คนเดิม กลับมาทวงแค้น ฟ้องร้องอีเบย์ให้ลบของชิ้นเดียวนั้นทิ้ง

อีเบย์ปฏิบัติตาม โดยไม่มีการไตร่สวน หมดสิทธิ์อุทรณ์ในชั้นต้น

พร้อมข้อเสนอให้ผมหยุดพักการขายของไป 7 วัน
